Abarth 500

Background

The owner is a seasoned collector with a garage spanning the entire automotive spectrum—from vintage Vespas and custom motorcycles to classic VW Beetles and modern AMG Mercedes. For him, the Abarth 500 was the missing piece of the puzzle. He approached us with a very specific vision and had already begun sourcing many of the components himself. Our role was to provide the technical consultation and engineering expertise required to ensure every modification worked in harmony, transforming a collection of high-end parts into a cohesive, high-performance package.

The Turnaround

With the vision set, we focused on the meticulous integration of form and function. The aesthetic transformation was significant, featuring custom-painted widebody extensions and a cabin overhauled with carbon fiber details and Recaro racing seats.

However, the "under-the-skin" upgrades were where the project truly came together. We handled the technical execution of the suspension and braking systems, installing BC Racing coilovers for a sharpened stance and a massive Brembo setup for consistent stopping power. To give the Abarth a voice that matched its aggressive look, we fitted a premium Akrapovič exhaust system and tucked a set of 18” ATS wheels into the widened arches, ensuring perfect fitment and clearance.

The result is a surgically precise, purpose-built machine that reflects the owner’s deep appreciation for engineering and design. By balancing the owner's personal sourcing with our professional installation and tuning, we’ve delivered an Abarth that is as balanced as it is bold. It is a true enthusiast's car—lightweight, agile, and properly sorted—making it a standout addition to an already world-class collection.
