Volvo B230 Turbo Oil Return Adapter 16.5 mm Hose Connection

An oil return adapter designed to fit the original oil return port in the engine block. The adapter features a 16.5 mm hose connection that easily connects to your preferred hose and is secured with a hose clamp.

The adapter seals against the engine block using two O-rings, which are included.

Oil Return Installation

Before installation, ensure the return port in the block is clean from debris and any sharp edges. Lubricate the O-rings and the return port to make it easier to press the adapter into place.
