Refund policy

1. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU Only)

In accordance with EU and Estonian law, customers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us at info@raketibaas.com within the 14-day window. Items must be shipped back to us within 14 days of your withdrawal notification.

2. Condition of Returned Items

To receive a full refund, the item must be in original, resellable condition.

  • Uninstalled & Unused: Mechanical parts must not show signs of mounting, oil traces, or tool marks.
  • Sealed Electronics: Electronic components (ECUs, sensors, wiring) are often delivered in anti-static or factory-sealed packaging. If the seal is broken or the unit has been plugged into a vehicle, the item is no longer considered "new."
  • Packaging: All original boxes, manuals, and protective materials must be returned intact.

Important: If an item is returned in a condition that shows it has been used beyond what is necessary to inspect it (similar to how you would inspect it in a physical shop), we reserve the legal right to deduct the diminished value of the item from your refund. For high-end electronics or mechanical parts, this deduction can be up to 100% of the value if the item cannot be resold as new.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Special Orders: Parts ordered specifically for your vehicle that are not part of our local inventory.
  • Custom-Made Products: Any parts modified, programmed, or built to your unique specifications.
  • Hazardous Materials: Liquids (oil, fuel, brake fluid) cannot be returned once the factory seal is broken.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Except in cases where the item is defective or the wrong item was sent, the customer is responsible for all costs associated with returning the item to our warehouse.
  • Original Shipping: If you exercise your 14-day right of withdrawal, we will refund your original payment including the standard shipping cost. If you chose an "Express" or premium shipping method, only the cost of our standard shipping will be refunded.
  • Recommendation: For high-value items (ECUs, Differentials), we strongly recommend using a tracked, insured shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

5. Return Process

  1. Request: Email info@raketibaas.com with your order number.
  2. Approval: If eligible, we will provide you with a return authorization.
  3. Shipment: Send the package to: Raketibaas /Rocket Speed Shop OÜ Vana-Narva mnt 28e, Maardu, Harjumaa, 74114, Estonia
  4. Inspection: Once received, our technicians will inspect the part for signs of installation or use.
  5. Refund: If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the item.

6. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is damaged in transit or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately. Under Estonian law, you have the right to submit a claim for non-compliant goods for up to two years (24 months) from the date of delivery. For the first year, the burden of proof regarding the defect lies with the seller.
